• Phone numbers, email addresses, or web links of any kind.
• Advertising, fundraising appeals, spam, or repeated posting.
• Personal or medical details that identify someone without their consent.

Posts are checked automatically before they appear and are rejected instantly if they breach these rules. Posts may also be hidden or removed by a moderator at any time.
